With the re-popularization of fermented food today due to consumer’s transition to a healthier and more sustainable diet, develop a packaged food or beverage for Gen Zs in Southeast Asia leveraging on Asian traditional fermentation processes (solid or liquid-state fermentation). This product should not require additional cooking step, ideally be ready-to-consume and might carry health benefits
